My Name is Julian and Im an 18 year old Underwater Photographer from Hamburg Germany. My passion is Ocean and i desire to translate that passion into pictures.

I picked up underwater photography during one of my annual holidays with my family. We always went to Egypt, for the beautiful reefs and „close proximity“ to my home country. I started out with a go pro and then quickly desired a „real camera“. After months of research and Budgeting, I found the (at the time) new Sony a6400 would be the perfect compromise between price and performance. That was 4years ago and until today, I’ve expanded a lot on the original setup and I’m very satisfied with the images and the „small“ form factor.

I’ve often been told that I have a unique perspective and a way of „getting the shot“ and I like to believe that my images reflect that premise.
